The Interborough Express (IBX) is a new mass transit solution that would run through the middle of Brooklyn and Queens, running between the Brooklyn Army Terminal in Sunset Park/Bay Ridge, Brooklyn to Roosevelt Avenue in Jackson Heights, Queens.

The Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) is hosting open houses to learn more about the project, answer questions and engage communities that would be impacted but also benefit from this expansion of mass transit options.

The last one is happening on Thursday, May 8, 2025 from 6-8pm at the Renaissance Charter School (35-59 81st Street) in Jackson Heights, Queens. Check out the links below for more details and to pre-register.
